The best way to learn about this kind of stuff is by following artists that produce a genre of mexican music called "corridos". Sorry, I don't know much about estilo norteño.

This is very interesting, any websites, instagrams or something where I could find more information?Īnonymous Sat Apr 25 05:52:23 2020 No.15175595 Your best bet is to get these shirts in person since they're overpriced and rarely sold online.Īnonymous Sat Apr 25 05:35:43 2020 No.15175577 Check out these videos to see more examples of this "plebe" style. Look up "botas" on google maps to find mexican western stores.

You can google "camisa rafael amaya" to see the kind of shirts you're looking for (pic related). You can find plenty of these stores in Phoenix, LA, parts of Texas, and New Mexico. Stores like La Perrona, Los Plebes, any store with 'bota' in their name, and almost any mexican western store have traditional mexican-western wear and modern mexican-western wear geared towards young adults.

I explain all of this because Nacho's style is incredibly niche and hard to find. They usually wear tight polos, short sleeve collared shirts, black jeans, and Lacoste shoes or boots. People who dress like Nacho are referred to as "plebes" because their style is a very youthful version of estilo norteño. It's a fairly recent "sub-style" geared specifically towards young adults. Nacho has a style that fits under estilo norteño, but it doesn't really have a name. Lalo and the cousins wear clothing a lot like traditional estilo norteño (snakeskin pointed boots, colorful collared shirts with complex designs, etc.). Their clothing is what is described as "estilo norteño" but with a modern twist. The mexican characters from BCS are based on people from northern Mexico, where they like to wear western clothing. I never thought anybody would be interested in dressing like this. I live in Phoenix where Nacho's style is just above uncommon. Mexifag here, and he's actually not wrong. I don't think anyone has ever been this newĪnonymous Fri Apr 24 07:06:34 2020 No.15172932 Where can I buy shirts similar to Nacho's from Better Call Saul? Pic related.
